New Land Drainage Consent Application Form

In line with other Lincolnshire IDB's, the Board has introduced a new, single-format, Land Drainage Consent application form.

This application form should be used for the following types of consent:

1. 9m Byelaw Relaxations
2. Section 23 Culvert applications
3. Surface Water Discharges
4. Treated Water/Effluent Discharges
5. Land Drainage outfalls

Whilst the Board's officers realise that this new form may seem unweildy, experience from other IDB's has shown that this new format has been a success.
