Reporting to the GIS & Planning & Byelaw Officer 

Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities:-

Planning / Consenting

• Consent applications
• Prepare consents for signing
• Filing of consents
• Boards responses to all planning and consent procedures
• Extended Area Consent Works LCC Invoicing etc.
• Prepare agreements for surface water discharges
• Invoices for SWDC & Application fees LCC (LLFA)
• Compile LLFA Section 19 Responses
• Liaison with Finance Department ref. changes of land ownership from planning applications
• Land Registry Searches

Enforcement

• Letters & Notices

Photos

• Editing, logging, filing

Board

• Northern & Southern Works Inspection Booklets & PowerPoint presentations
• Compile register of Byelaws and consent for Board Meetings

Liaison

• Reporting of flooding or pollution incidents to EA hotline & liaison with EA Officers
• Responses to Members of the Public / Ratepayers / Developers / Property Owners
• Enquiries Telephone / Email
