Reporting to the Operations Manager

Overall Purpose

To supervise the Boards responses to all planning and consent procedures

Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities:-

  • To supervise and deal with the Boards responses to all planning and consent procedures
  • Dealing with bye-law applications
  • Control FX Files and make recommendations to OM for response and action
  • Liaise with CEO & OM over surface water and drainage problems
  • Liaise with CEO & OM over technical input over planning and by-law applications
  • Photo logging
  • Environmental survey work & report control
  • Prepare agreements for surface water discharges
  • Prepare consents for signing
  • Compile reports for Board meetings
  • To be the Boards assistant Health & Safety Officer, carrying out inspections (site and pumping stations) to ensure compliance with the Boards Health and Safety Policy, reporting to the OM on all Health & Safety matters
  • Carry out general site inspections and Board asset inspections to an agreed frequency
  • Ensure representation at Lincolnshire Show Committee Meetings
  • Any other duties that are reasonably asked of you
