Overall Purpose

To assistant the Finance Manager with general finance duties to generally include recharges, reconciliations, wages, matching, posting and filing.

Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities:-

• Produce weekly wages
• Finance filing
• Wages Recharges
• Plant Recharges
• Workshop Recharges
• Stock Allocations and stock take
• Pump Engineers Recharges
• Invoice matching and posting
• Payment runs
• Bank reconciliations
• Petty cash reconciliation
• Credit card reconciliation
• Cover for Administration Assistant when absent
• Any other duties that are reasonably asked of you
